Poor service : 10 working days later, no NATIS papers received

I have paid my settlement amount on the 31st August 2024, to date I have not received my Natis paper despite them saying I will receive within 7-10 working days. Poor service 👎🏽👎🏽Even private banker has not been useful in assisting to make sure I receive all the necessary paperwork.
