Poor Service
Paid my account in full. Was informed j paid to much. And that extra money will be put back into my Capitec. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Every time I get a answer of 5 days. Can someone please sort this out at Nedbank.

06 Sept 2023, 10:45People be very carefull of nedbank. Like posted below account was paid up long ago. Now they phoned me this morning saying there is still transaction pending. But i paid the amount the women said at nedbank, plus im a few rand over. On the app it also shows nothing outstanding.
Be carefull before opening credit card with nedbank, as also now im also charged banking fees etc, because account not closed.
