Poor service

My mom passed away in 2023. She did not a huge estate. Just a house of R500000. The house has been sold and all the relevant stuff that went with it, the rent, Sars everything were sorted out. We are still not closer to resolving the estate. The Lady at Nedbank that handle the late Estate has multiple excuses, I was not at work, I will get back before end of day, I was booked of by my doctor, I will get back to you before 8 June 26, etc, etc.
