Poor service

Nedbank is nonsense, compromising monthly plans.. I just had new relationship with them through home-loan but they simply failed to honour the agreed debate date. Instead they incorrectly debited me and when I call them they take me from pillar to post. I regret opting for this bank home-loan. 😡.
