**** poor service

I Mr Brendan Marcel De Wett would like to voice my unhappiness with regards to the bad service that I have received from Nedbank.

I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Blom who has tried helping me to the best of her ability.

I however am not satisfied with the how delayed and unresponsive client service is.

I was informed by Blom upon my application for a loan that my application could not be processed due to the fact that I had an judgment against my name from. Nedbank that had been on my name approximately 12 years ago.

I was however informed years ago that this debt had been written off.

The consultant informed me that she could unfortunately not remove this, and that I would have to contact the Credit Beareu regarding this judgement that still showed on my name. I was told that only once Nedbanks It department updates there systems, would it be able to be removed from my name. 12 years later and the systems are still updated seems somewhat far fetched.

I had followed all the relevant channels advised upon and upon my enquiries I had contacted Nedbank Vehicle Financing department as I was advised to, and spoke to an agent who had informed me that this debt was prescribed years ago and Nedbank It department was the only ones who could remove it off there system to clear my name on their systems.

I've been sent from pillar to post and nobody but nobody can assist. This is seriously unacceptable. ‪24 - 48‬ hour time time periods have passed, days and weeks have now passed and still nothing has been removed.

Almost every attempt made calling is unsuccessful. One would get transferred or calls are cut. Agents that are actually reached advise that they would need to transfer the call or that the relevant people are not available.

I need assistance as soon as possible please. This is not fair practice and good service from a reputable establishment.
