POOR SERVICE

On the 25th of November I sent my grandmother R1200 to her account and it never reflected on her side and the money was not reversed back to my account.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING SEVERAL TIMES FOR HELP but no one is attending to this.

I even have a reference number :***3

I REALLY NEED THIS MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT !!!
