poor service

i went to the bank to close my account yesterday , lady assisted me and she said it was closed ... today in the morning i wake up with a notification of 200 for maintenance fee which i want reversed so my account can be 0.00 the lady said she can't do it for me at the branch because the account is already closed and there won't be any effect on my credit record i want you guys to sort it out because i can't be going back and forth with your *********** staff.....
