Poor Service

I'm disgusted at the pathetic service from Nedbank card division. My bank card was ****** and I blocked it. I went to a Nedbank Sandton branch to get a new bank card where I requested that it must be delivered at N orthgate branch as it is closer to where I stay. I received a message that the card will be delivered in Randburg, I called Nedbank to request that it must instead be delivered in Cosmo City branch if Northgate branch is closed. To my surprise I received another sms saying my card is ready for collection in Midrand Tyger Valley branch without anyone calling me to confirm if I can collect it there. Why has no one called me to confirm the branch I can collect it from? Midrand is too far for me when there are so many branches close by. This is really frustrating and I find the customer service from Nedbank very poor.
