How long does it take your bank to process the application?

Its been a week now. I have emailed you the documents to myapplication I have emailed to Phakamile Silangwe I have been calling and calling and I spoke to Mhlongo Sihle I think today and she said yall are waiting for the same documents that I ve emailed twice already.

Are you aware that you are not the only bank in The world? Your service sucks. I don't do the follow up and if this is not done tomorrow, please cancel my application. Actually uts an offer that was given to me by your Consultant
