Poor service

I am currently selling my property. The buyers took a loan from NEDbank. the loan was approved on the 12 March 2020. Every week Nedbank is requesting documents and taking three weeks to respond. This is going on, on a weekly basis. Now I heard the have difficulties due to lockdown. How lame is this. The bond attorneys they have appointed are just as distrustful, Hugo van der Walt, they keep making lame excuses. I asked them to cancel as I would have then rented out the place.The transfer attorneys Smith and Boysens threaten me with legal action. I am in urgent need of this money. How do I proceed, can some one help me...Thank You
