1. responding on time should be any business priority 2.when you bid for a land or property your are given time frame when you awarded a bid 3.Im about to loose my bidding fee since from last week I was approved for loan to pay a remaining money to bidders and I explained these to consultant 4.please don't promise if you can not deliver, in business time is money 5. I only have till 13h00 to pay and there is still no money in my account for a loan
