Poor poor service ,nedbank garankuwa branch

Good day, I have a very bad experience with nedbank garankuwa branch ,I have been assisted by a lady called Monica ordering me a new credit card,I find myself with so many charges which she indicated that they will be reversed on my account and was never reversed at all.i request that nedabnk garankuwa branch must be monitored in terms of their productivity to clients .I am truly not impressed with how my matter is being handled
