Poor poor service

I had a problem with internet banking I went a for help at the bank I was there 8 am until 11 after that they said they can't help I need a business banker .Today went another nedbank branch for storkfel account I waited and 1 hour if asked what wrong they said only one I doing this account's ,the service is bad at nedbank I closing all my accounts in nedbank poor poor service
