Poor Poor service

On the 24th July 2020 @ 13:01 send call contact center to issue 24 hour noticed of withdrawal ....Saturday the money was not credited then i follow up on saturday only to be transfare to half of the call agent with no help including management ......I had reaction the same noticed on Saturday ......Monday morning the money was not credited please advice what more action must i take ......clearly i had been played
