POOR POOR POOR SERVICE EVER SINCE THE FIRST TIME I OPEN THE ACCOUNT WITH YOU BANK

I am not sure what's happening with you services .I requested my banking details for my investment to be changed 2 months ago but because of you poor service you keep on debiting on the wrong account which causes me charges. First thing first you don't even respond to the emails the customers are sending .I regret the day i took and investment with you guys last time it was when my investment was know were to be found after i invested for 5 years now is this .You bank is so poor and only think about themselves .I need the charges in my old account to be paid as i have been requesting the same thing every month for the past 2 months without any response what kind of the service is that .What you know is to send my daughter a message on the account that she know longer have telling her about a ***** but what matters to the customers you don't care .I need this to be fixed
