Poor poor Nedbank service

Nedbank in King Williams town the service is worse in the past few days I went to the bank the atm were not working. Today I went to the bank again I was standing there it was full and the staff couldn't communicate and let the people know that they are offline.All they do is to go do up and down with no smile as if they are doi6us a favour.Pensioners were standing there from morning it's bad.King William's town nedbanks service and staff it's too much that I will never use the bank again.
