Poor performance

My experience with Nedbank has been pittyful, awful, pathetic, time consuming, irritating and headache causing. The Bank has blocked my account. I went into the branch for assistance. I was told the problem would be fixed. Only to discover my account is blocked again. After complaining I get told to go back to the branch. I have been to the branch already. Cannot take more time from work to sort out banking issues. I expect this sorted. Surely there is competent people to resolve this issue over the phone. Audrey ***
