Poor Performance

I was debited twice for the amount of R2500×2 by Nedbank recoveries, of which the second R2500 was supposed to be my kids groceries money, I've been communicating with them to refund me, since the 2nd of April today is the 16th, they send me from pillar to post, I couldn't t buy food for my kids, because of their mistake, and they do not take me serious, I gave them the debit date, last day of the month, holiday or no holiday
