POOR ONLINE BANKING

When you want to do internet banking, Nedbank sends you a Accept-it code to your cell phone or a one time pin if the code does not appear in 60 seconds. PROBLEM; Neither the Accept-it message nor the one time pin is send and it takes ages to repeat whatever you want to do before you receive a message on your phone. This is very frustrating because of the amount of time it takes to do online banking.
