poor of the poorest and disrespectful service

1st of all they don't deserve a star.

my house was vandalized Thursday last week , all electrical wiring were stripped including plugs , DB box, stove cables, all plugs , lights and meter box were ****** .the ceiling on the other bedroom were damaged , kitchen and dining door broken, handles of all internal doors ******, and windows handle ****** and burglar door damaged . we opened a case on friday and call nedbank insurance on Saturday and we asked the lady who was registering claim if we can find our own contractor and proceed with the work . then on monday some one from nedbank contacted me telling me that the inspector will be coming to asses the building and as we were given ahead to proceed with the fitting of electrity we did so and the guys finished yesterday . the doors and burglar also replaced . now the claim assesor contacted me via email that we should not proceed with electricity and the electrician will come, i have paid the contractors as they are finishing some on the works today and now Nedbank says i should have done that .at the same time we dont have a place to stay. my mother came all the way from polokwane to make sure the work is done propertly risking her life to sleep in the same house than Nedbank is saying we should have fixed and wait for someone that we dont when they will come . we are just going back and forth with them with no solution . i used my money to pay the contractors. everyday is a different story . i being told that they are still looking for a recorded call and check who gave me authorization while they are expecting us to stay at other peoples houses . Dear Nedbank insurance you are so selfish , only want to received . the money that i already paid since the house registered is way more than the amount i paid contractor and to suffer like this . anyone that is going to claim building insurance with Nedbank just know you will stay homeless like myself
