Poor Nedbank service

Nedbank called and offered me a credit card. My application was approved.

However, the problem is I cannot collect my card as the address I receive my mails through does not reflect on their system. I have requested for the account to be closed but I keep getting told to go from one place to the other. I just need the card cancelled. Very poor service from Nedbank
