poor Nedbank home loans service (insurance)

Poorest service ever. My father passed on during Decembe 2023. I am trying to get hold of Nedbank insurance (home loan). A deduction is made on the account every month but insurance don't know of the policy. Home loan account ***901. When customer consultants hear it is a trust they dissapear on the line and I am send from pillar to post. Same happens on mail.
