Poor Nedbank ATM services and pathetic technology

I was depositing money on a Nedbank ATM and their ATM switch off whilst I was busy with the transaction and my card and money was swallowed by the machine. Nedbank only returned part of the money and rest they pocketed. Be cautious when using these ATMs as they are meant to ***** our hard earned money. 3 weeks later the bank will not refund my money. I will not stop until an arrest is made for the bank that hides behind the ATM whilst taking people's hard earned money. Use Nedbank ATMs at your own risk. I still await a detailed report on who took my money so they can rot in jail. Zero rated pathetic services.
