Poor Nedbank

All of a sudden I can’t transfer money from my credit card to other accounts.it says rejected due to validation.phoning them is a nightmare, I must of had the phone put down on me almost 10 times,when I did get through I had to do a online verification,everytime I did that on my phone it went dead.I keep on getting different answers from Nedbank.sorry but sort this out
