POOR MERCHANT ASSISTANCE

To Whom It May Concern :

My merchant account which is held with Nedbank has been suspended due to none payment of funds , the funds have been paid but our merchant account manager Martin states that there is an amount outstanding in which it has been 4 weeks that I am trying to pay this money yet I have no idea where to pay and what the amount is that needs to be paid .

I have numerous reference numbers and we are literally begging everyday on calls to the call Centre and to Martin yet no one seems to assist us.

We need to pay this so we can start transacting again as this matter is over 4 weeks old, we do not know what is actually going on and I need this resolved asap.

We are paying fees for VCS yet we have not been transacting. This is a major concern as it shows that no one in the bank is capable of assisting small business entities
