Poor feedback from nedbank after credit card application

My wife app**** for a credit card two weeks ago. (24 July) first after sending all required documents she was asked for it again because they still had het on as het ****en name. Now she keeps on getting messages that state that she needs to resend documents. She keeps on doing it and they still haveno anwer. Just say its pending. How long can they possible take to verify an id? She tries to phone and then evrlery operator has a different store.
