poor equipment, service, support and management

The Management of this company April is extremely unprofessional, softwares for the machines are not working correctly, there is no reliable support, support is not on demand, it's when they decide if suits them. There is no refund accepted even though there is no clients fault. Machines are coming without license which is extra, not included in the package, means it can't operate without it and takes weeks. Overall in all aspects there is very poor service. If your business depends on them there is no responsibility to provide you faster service or courtesy of replacement.
