Poor decision and service

I am currently unemployed for past 2 years receiving inly sassa grant, since July 2025 Nedbank never deducted the service fee of R115 however I was given R100 in my account for bolt to get to clinic as my health is also not good. Nedbank then decides to take the R115 leaving me stranded and not able to go to clinic. I'm very upset and cannot understand that for a few months nothing was deducted but then boom. I would understand if I was working.
