Poor customer services and Nedbank is robbing clients

Firstly I am very disappointed with nedbank customer services 😒 I have been banking with nedbank for the past 15years but these pass few days have been an nightmare I have a credit card with with nedbank I wanted to cancel it I have phoned nedbank call center about 7 times to cancel my credit card but the is still no joy I have payed up the whole amount but nedbank are ****** they took money from my credit card about 320.00 and they made me pay for it back which is not my fault I call the call center told them to cancel my card but it shows that no one in that credit card department no how to cancel a credit card I am sick and tired of nedbank bull**** I am phoning every day explaining the same story over and over but no help I think nedbank is so rich that they don't need my money also my my credit card difference amount have been debit from my account if this not sorted out I am going to close my bank account and move to other bank with better services and bank charges 🤬😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡
