Poor customer services

I received the worst customer service from one of your consultants @ OR Tambo Airport branch last night,i called the contact centre for assistance.I spoke to 3 different agents that promised to send me the money app link, but i did not receive it.I had an emergency whereby,I had to increase my daily limit .However the consultant @ your branch was not willing to assist me.Nedbank money app & your consultants are useless!!
