Poor Customer Service, Unsympathetic, negligent

Called MFC during unrest to state that I might not make all of the installment. the lady I spoke to said it was fine everything will be finalized after 48hours and I need not do anything. the week after the unrest the taxis started operating again, I paid what I got and was only 2500 short on the installment, when I look at my account it says I'm in arrears.
