Poor customer service & info.

Un informed consultant in the Sandton city branch. Wasted my time & fuel, in informed call centre IT support too. I regret having an account there. Till I had to go to Northgate mall & got the Info..

Sad..that some branches are less educated than others, just wasting people's time...
