Poor customer service in qumbu nedbank

I visited nedbank qumbu in boxer store,I got there at 08:15,when I got inside the bank all consultants were busy pressing their ipads and I greeted them for the recognition and they all kept quiet including their manager,I sat there waiting for more than 2hours without help,I went there to unblock my credit card as this is the only branch we have in qumbu,it's not the first time experiencing this ,first time the manager was rude and unfriendly at all and I ended up not solved my issue,if we can be helped by being allocated well enthusiastic staff at that branch all our problems cab be sorted and we wouldn't see the need to visit umtata and mountfrere as they the second towns we can go to .....I would like this issue to be solve and get feedback..here is my number ***
