**** Poor Customer Service from Nedbank Homeloan

Last week (end June); I called Nedbank Homeloans to give them notice (for selling my house). The call took 30min from speaking with 3 people. The last person took very long; I held for over 5min due to slow network on their side. He promised to call me back once the document was loaded. I also asked him to email me the document for confirmation. He never called nor mailed me.

Yesterday; I followed up and again I spoke to 3 different people. Calls kept on getting cut.

Its possible; they may have gotten to voicemail before, but I know they are relentless when it comes to collection. They will call you 10x a day, send sms and emails daily.

Even now; I am still waiting for them to send confirmation.
