Poor Customer Service From Nedbank

I would like to express my level of disappointment in the service I got from a Nedbank Branch in Queenstown. A Gentleman by the nam of Mihlali needs to be Taken for Training because he forgot what customer service is especially for elderly people. Teach them on Empathy. Elderly people cannot stand for an hour waiting to be served. He refused to give them a seat while they wait event if they were first in line.
