Poor customer service from Nedbank centurion

<p>The service in centurion nedbank was very poor today because I have been in the branch for more than 45 minutes waiting to be helped because I need to do a large withdrawal that is very urgent then when I finally get called to be assisted they inform me that they can't give me more than 5000 and they didn't put up a sign or notification that "dear customer we will only be able to offer you 5000 today due to the following reasons" but NO instead they make u wait 45 minutes when I could have left to a different branch and got assisted now I am still waiting to se if they can assist me and still no word from them it's been over an hour. </p>
