Poor customer service from nedbank

Last year some time I took up a loan with nedbank I was so impressed by the experience they offered me a credit card. I even opened up a bank account with them and for my two sons.however since then I have been having the worst experience ever with them. They have blocked my credit card they told me it's a fica block and I just need to bring my ID to the bank 3 months later the block is still not removed. I have spoken to 7 people in the contact center I have been in the gateway branch spoken to 3 people there and 1 consultant in the cornubia branch they keep promising me they will be giving me a callback no one ever calls me back. It's a shame as even my account I opened with them and even have the card is still saying pending activation on my app to think I was going to move to this bank completely. I even have a refence no How disappointing.
