Poor customer service

I was at Nedbank Rustenburg mall in North west province yesterday Atm not working went inside service that was supposed to takeep 15 minutes took 1 and half hour only one tiller inside bulk customers and small cash together with only one tiller they don't think about customers time you can't be in the bank the whole day because of poor service
