Poor customer service

Hi There

I am really disappointed in the service I have received from Nedbank Cavendish (Cape Town). I went to the consultant at the door to assist me with a bank transfer at the ATM she then told me she needs to help another man I was standing there for about 10min and she was helping absolutely nobody I then decided to go the the ATM and help myself she then decided to come when she saw me started asking other clients for assistance she then abruptly asked me if I am coming right I then answered no she treated me as if I was so stupid I really do not wish to bank with you any more I have been with Nedbank in 2004 and then I received bad customers service I then went to another bank and decided to bank again with Nedbank for my salary (low service fee), I just feel that the consultants/greeters at Nedbank looks at your dress code and face value before they want to actually assist you.

Remember that word of mouth is really something that one considers in the banking industry as this spread very quick
