Poor Customer service

I am member of the club.

We made appointment for EFT payments for our members at Sommerset Mall Branch on the 11.12.2024 even today on the 12.12.2024 none of Nedbank cardholders did receive payment.

I would like to know what could be the reason because we can't even explain it anymore to the members.

Please Nedbank do better 😔.
