Poor customer service

I would like to escelate Nedbank The glen.poor customer service -i got my card there 2 yrs ago only for it to be blocked nd i was told i was given wrong card, they gave me 4me card instead of keyona card, today i went there at 9 am, they told us they only opening at 10am, mind u i asked time frm work, i went again at 3pm nd my number was never called until i was last person then they said they ar all busy to help me, im so ****ed off nd pls help me close my account with immediate effect, pathetic service

I would not recommend ths branch to anyone
