Poor customer service.

According to Nedbank Tokai Branch my banking app will not work because It takes Nedbank up to 4 weeks just to merge my ICS profile before my App will work and still waiting. No interest shown in following up on its progress. Shame on you Nedbank so much for excellent service. Please get your act together.
