Poor Customer Service

I have phoned numerous times to regards old statements. Either the line gets drop, they can't assist with voice authentication and no MANAGER in sight to speak to. I do not have the time to go to a branch to sort this out. This is the reason why I closed the account.... lack of customer support and ***** discrepancy to my own authentication.
