Poor customer service

Poor teller service at Nicolway. I was given a ticket number with 5min delay, then 8min delay, then 15 min delay. Only one teller on duty and he was not interested in seeing customers. No other people were in the bank waiting to see a teller. 25 minute wait for no valid reason. I was only seen after protesting to customer enquiries.
