Poor customer service by Nedbank

Went to Nedbank branch Centurion to collect banking card and submit FICA documents on the 14th of July, a week later my account was suspended pending activation which I went to another branch at Olievenhout Bosc on Saturday 22nd July, today I called Nedbank customer service and was told to visit nearest bank to submit FICA documents, don't have any access to my account and am spending every time am visiting the branch and on the other hand my accounts will be on arrears, don't understand why I should go to the branch several times just for them to scan my ID.
