Poor Customer Service

Two weeks back I drove into the branch for the following:

1. To lay a complaint and ask that my debit order be reinstated. 2. To query my interest rate as it hadn't been reduced since the repo rates have been coming down since the beginning of last year. 3. To request a copy of my contract.

Only the first item was actioned, the other two still have not been actioned.
