Poor customer service, bank account opened 5 days ago but no bank card.

I opened an account online last week 02 April 2024, and now it is almost five days and i do not have the bank card as promised, i am currently asking myself why do i want to do business with them if they cant issue me with a BAnk card, on their website it is stated that the card will be delivered within three business days. and i chose a collection location near my work place as i work 2 days in the office. now i will be at work on thursaday again, if the card is not delivered by then i will simply close the account, this is poor customer service. i will not beg a bank to issue me with a Card, i will go to Absa instead.
