Poor customer service

Nedbank is one poor bank that doesn't take its clients seriously since I've complained and it's been 3 weeks now no response no help I thought my money was going to be safe with the nedbank crew but now I was fooling myself as they fool us when they want us to join the very very extraordinary poor customer service I regret why I joined this bank
