Poor customer service at The Grove Mall

The branch is not organized. Poor customer service. I opened an account online and the business consultant at the Grove Mall Confirmed appointment and she didnt pitch on the day of appointment. Upon getting someone else to assist they still did not link my business profile. I had to travel again to the branch and to find an *********** staff member.
