Poor customer service at Nedbank
I bought a car through nedbank Mfc a while back and they immediately offered me an extended warranty as the car was about reach 100 000km. I accepted, the warranty. Then, one of their agents called and offered to lower my premium and I again accepted. A year later, the car broke down and I needed the extended warranty. Nedbank agreed to fix the car and then the dealership advised that the engine can't be fixed, it must be replaced. The start of my problems. Nedbank told me that they can no longer fix the car because I can't my policy and they offered to pay R600 000 and the car needed R300 000 to be fixed. I complained and no one listened to me. It has been 4 years now and I'm still struggling with this problem. Nedbank and their Mfc are bad. All they Want is to finance you and take the car back any Way possible so that they can make more money out of it
